The key terms, in plain English
  • Price: £120 one-off setup, then £30 a month. Hosting, maintenance, monitoring and support are included.
  • Free for 14 days, counted from the day your assistant is live. Stop at any time during the trial and you owe nothing.
  • We remind you 2 days before the trial ends. If we do not hear that you want to keep it, we switch the assistant off at the end of the free period and you owe nothing.
  • No minimum term. After the trial you can cancel at any time with 30 days' notice, with no penalties.
  • Your data: we never sell it or use it to train AI. Assistant chats are kept for 30 days, and we delete your data on request or within 30 days of cancellation.
