Vaulted Intelligence is a sole trader service based in the United Kingdom, providing eCommerce automation and AI assistant systems for online sellers. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We build and maintain custom automation and AI systems delivered via Telegram or WhatsApp, connecting to your eCommerce accounts (eBay, Etsy and Shopify) through their official APIs. Services include:
Setup fee: A one-off fee of £300–£600 (depending on the number of platforms and accounts) is due upon agreement and before work begins.
Monthly retainer: A monthly fee starting from £75/month covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring and direct support. This is invoiced monthly and due within 7 days of invoice date.
No hidden fees: You will be given a clear, written quote before any work begins. The price does not change once agreed unless you request additional platforms or features.
Cancellation: You may cancel the monthly retainer at any time with 30 days written notice. Your system will remain active until the end of the notice period.
We take data security seriously. Connecting your eCommerce accounts uses official OAuth API access — the same technology used by major platforms. We never request, receive or store your account password.
The data we access and store is limited to what is necessary to provide the service: order data, listing information, revenue figures and account names. This data is:
You can revoke our API access at any time directly from your eBay, Etsy or Shopify account settings. This immediately disconnects your data from our system.
The automation systems, workflows and AI configurations we build are our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use the system for as long as your monthly retainer is active. Upon cancellation, access to the system ends.
We are not liable for any loss of revenue, missed orders or business interruption arising from system downtime, third-party API changes (e.g. eBay changing their API), or events outside our control.
We will always notify you as quickly as possible of any issues and work to resolve them promptly. Our liability is limited to the monthly retainer fee paid in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you directly via the messaging channel your system uses. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
