Vaulted Intelligence LTD is a private limited company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 17369212), providing eCommerce automation and AI assistant systems for online sellers. We are registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO registration ZC213078) as a data controller. We are based in London, United Kingdom; our full registered office address and our director (Nicoleta Rusnac) are held on public record at Companies House under Company No. 17369212. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Vaulted Intelligence LTD, and "you" means the client engaging our services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
We build and maintain custom automation and AI systems delivered to you on Telegram, connecting to your eCommerce and email accounts (eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Gmail) through their official APIs. WhatsApp is used only as a channel for you to contact a member of our team. Services include:
Free setup and first month: Your setup fee and first month are completely free. We build your system and you use it in full for one month before paying anything at all — no setup fee, no monthly fee. If you decide it isn't for you, you may cancel at any time during that first month and you will owe nothing whatsoever.
Setup fee: The one-off setup fee is waived for early clients. Standard rates are £75 for Automation and £90 for AI + Automation for your first connected account, plus £50 for each additional account. If you continue after your free first month, only the managed monthly fee applies.
Monthly fee (managed plan): On our managed plan, a monthly fee covers hosting, maintenance, monitoring and direct support — £15/month for Automation and £30/month for AI + Automation, plus £15/month for each additional account. It is invoiced monthly and due within 7 days of the invoice date. As your first month is free, managed monthly billing only begins from the second month, and only if you continue after the free first month.
Self-hosted option: If you choose to host and maintain your system on your own infrastructure, there is no monthly fee. The setup fee is waived for early clients. Responsibility for hosting, uptime and maintenance then rests with you.
No hidden fees: You will be given a clear, written quote before any work begins. The price does not change once agreed unless you request additional accounts, platforms or features.
Cancellation: During your free first month you may cancel at any time, for any reason, at no cost — you owe nothing. If you continue beyond the free first month, you may cancel the monthly plan at any time thereafter with 30 days written notice; your system will remain active until the end of the notice period. No penalties apply at any stage.
We take data security seriously. Connecting your eCommerce accounts uses official OAuth API access — the same technology used by major platforms. We never request, receive or store your account password.
The data we access and store is limited to what is necessary to provide the service: order data, listing information, revenue figures and account names. This data is:
You can revoke our API access at any time directly from your eBay, Etsy, Shopify or Google account settings. This immediately disconnects your data from our system.
The automation systems, workflows and AI configurations we build are our intellectual property. You receive a licence to use the system for as long as your monthly retainer is active. Upon cancellation, access to the system ends.
Our service supports your business; it does not replace your own checks. We are not liable for any loss of revenue, missed orders or business interruption arising from system downtime, third-party API changes (e.g. eBay changing their API), or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under law.
We will always notify you as quickly as possible of any issues and work to resolve them promptly. Our liability is limited to the monthly retainer fee paid in the most recent billing period.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you directly via the messaging channel your system uses. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
