An assistant talks to your customers, so you should know exactly what we collect, where it goes and who is accountable.
A real company, on the record
Vaulted Intelligence LTD is a UK limited company listed on Companies House, with its filings up to date, and registered with the Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller. The business is run by its director, Nicoleta Rusnac, who has a background in computer networking and cyber security. That is why security and privacy sit at the centre of how we build.
We collect only what the assistant needs
For the business assistant that means:
- The conversation between your customer and the assistant
- A name and phone number, only when the customer chooses to leave them
- The questions and answers you give us about your business
We do not collect anything else about your customers.
It is never sold and never used to train AI
Customer messages are used to answer them and to alert you, and for nothing else. We do not sell or share them, and we do not use them to train AI models. Conversations are kept for 30 days. On request we delete your data, and we remove it within 30 days if you leave.
Customers are told it is an AI
Every chat says it is an AI assistant, links to our privacy information, and tells the customer how to reach a person. When the assistant doesn't know something, it says so and passes the customer to you. It does not guess.
Least access, always
We ask for the access the job needs and no more. For eCommerce automation we connect through the platforms' official API access, never ask for your password and cannot see it. You can revoke access yourself from your own account at any time.
Where we're honest about being new
We are a young company and we know trust is earned, not claimed. We would rather under-promise and over-deliver. If something isn't right, tell us and we will put it right.
Try it before you commit
You try your own assistant for 14 days, counted from the day it goes live, before you pay for the setup. There is no minimum term, and you can cancel the monthly plan with 30 days' notice.
