How we protect your access, your data, and your trust.

We're handling your orders, your numbers and your customers' details. We don't take that lightly. We'd rather earn your trust with how we actually work than with slogans — so here, plainly, is what we do and don't do with your shop.

We never touch your password

We connect to your eBay, Etsy, Shopify and Gmail accounts through their official, secure API access — the same technology the big platforms use. We never ask for, see, or store your password. And you can revoke our access yourself, instantly, from your own account settings at any time. You stay in control the whole way through.

Your data is yours — and it stays private

The information we work with is limited to what's needed to run your service: orders, listings, revenue figures and account names. That data is:

• Stored securely in an encrypted database
• Never sold, never shared, and never used for anything other than running your system
• Accessible only to you and to us, only to keep your system working
• Deleted on request — and removed within 30 days if you ever leave

We only take the access the job needs

No more, no less. We don't collect data we don't need, and we don't go poking around parts of your account that have nothing to do with the service. The less we hold, the safer you are — and that suits us both.

A real company, accountable on the record

We're not an anonymous freelancer you found on a forum. Vaulted Intelligence is a registered UK limited company (Company No. 17369212, England & Wales), listed on Companies House, and registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office as a data controller (ICO ZC213078). The business is run by a founder with a background in computer networking and cyber security — which is exactly why security and privacy sit at the centre of how we build.

We're building a reputation — and we treat every shop like our own

We're early, and we know trust is earned, not claimed. That's why we'd rather under-promise and over-deliver. If something isn't right, we want to hear about it — we'll be straight with you, and we'll put it right as quickly as we can. Every seller we look after is part of how our name gets built, so getting it right for you matters to us more than any single invoice.

You risk nothing to find out

The best way to trust us is to try us with nothing on the line. Your setup and first month are completely free — we build your system, you use it for a full month before paying a penny, and you only pay the monthly hosting if you decide to keep it. Change your mind any time, cancel with no penalty, and revoke our access whenever you like. The risk sits with us, not you.
